Mixed-use integrated transport-oriented development
Mshreireb Downtown Doha is a large-scale phased regeneration and transport-oriented development (ToD) located in the historic downtown area of Doha. Shonn Mills was the project director for Phase IV while at Ramboll. Phase IV includes 15 commercial-use buildings, six levels of integrated basements and Msheireb Station, part of the new Doha metro system. A whole-site engineering design approach was taken, integrating structural and building system elements, which enabled on-time delivery.
