We are a long time supporter of RedR UK — hosting the international NGO in our offices for the last couple of years. As RedR CEO Sally Sudworth says, it’s “a very cherished partnership” and long may it continue. Now they are on the move, and we wish them all the best at their new home.

Sally: “I want to say a huge thank you on behalf of the RedR team for Whitby Wood’s extremely kind and generous hospitality over recent years. We were able to conduct our business from the Whitby Wood offices, to hold our Board meetings and access your facilities throughout this period. This meant that we could deliver the amazing services that we provide to the humanitarian sector with confidence, and we know that this in turn will have impacted positively on people’s lives and livelihoods at the most challenging times.”

RedR UK began life in the 1980s as the Register of Engineers for Disaster Relief. Since then it has evolved, building capacity in-country and developing the skills of humanitarians through interactive training and immersive simulations.
