Chris Papanastasiou appointed director

Chris joins Whitby Wood with nearly 20 years of experience in engineering design, construction and project leadership across the UK and internationally.

Most recently Senior Director and UK Structures Division Lead at Robert Bird Group, Chris Papanastasiou has led multidisciplinary teams delivering complex, high-profile projects across the commercial, residential, aviation, sports and rail sectors.

His strong focus on building collaborative teams, design for delivery, technical excellence and client outcomes, will further strengthen Whitby Wood’s leadership and technical capability.
