Ashley Thomas and Kristjan Nielsen appointed associate directors

Ash joined the practice as one of the very first employees. While with us, he has developed his unique skillset — combining technical acumen, rapid scheming and project delivery. Recently he has focused on international collaboration, delivering complex projects across boundaries.

Director Scott Lewis: “Having known Ash for many years, I am really happy he is now part of the senior management team. He is big part of the WW culture and he pushes the company to improve in lots of areas. Congrats.”

Kris’s role involves running the engineering side of the software development team alongside project responsibilities. His technical knowledge is outstanding and he is able to use this to push the boundaries on complex projects and pull together international teams to help deliver.

Scott says: “Kris brings something different in his way of thinking and he is essential to driving the digital side of the business to the next level. Well done Kris for making the step up.”
