Congratulations to the whole Boiler House team on the project’s high commendation in this year’s Structural Timber Awards. The development’s 54 apartments over five levels make it one of the country’s largest CLT-frame private housing projects.
The Boiler House, in Hayes, Hillingdon, was completed earlier this year by Henry Construction for Hub Group, to the concept design of architect Studio Egret West. Stride Treglown was the delivery architect, with Whitby Wood providing structural and civil engineering, as well as lead geotechnical engineering in association with Wood Thilsted.
